Karthigan Puvanendran, Chiropractor

Dr. Karthigan Puvanendran earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing an Honours Kinesiology degree with co-op at the University of Waterloo.

With a passion for movement, exercise, and rehabilitation, Dr. Karthigan provides evidence-based, personalized care to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy. His treatments may include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations and manipulations, rehabilitation exercises, and education, with a particular interest in shoulder, knee, and spinal injuries.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Karthigan enjoys staying active, playing recreational sports, exploring the city, and spending time with family and friends.

Yathaven Gopalasingam, Physiotherapist

Yadi Gopalasingam is a Registered Physiotherapist who earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Western University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Psychology minor at the University of Waterloo. He has also completed additional training in manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling.

With a passion for sports, exercise, and rehabilitation, Yadi takes a patient-focused approach to care, creating individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals. His treatments may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, and education.

Outside the clinic, Yadi enjoys playing tennis and basketball, working out, and cheering on Toronto sports teams.

Calvin Ku, Registered Massage Therapist

Calvin is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping active individuals and athletes perform at their best. He focuses on reducing pain, improving movement, and supporting recovery through customized, results-driven treatment plans. His approach begins with assessing body mechanics and movement patterns to identify underlying contributors to pain, tension, and dysfunction. Using a combination of deep tissue therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, general Swedish massage, and cupping therapy, Calvin tailors each treatment to the individual needs and goals of his clients. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing muscle tension, or seeking preventative care, Calvin is committed to helping you move better, recover faster, and continue doing what you love—while incorporating a touch of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
